ALL CANADIAN eTA APPLICATIONS AND PAYMENTS ARE FINAL AND NON-REFUNDABLE. NO REFUNDS WILL BE ISSUED UNDER ANY CIRCUMSTANCES. BY PROCEEDING WITH YOUR APPLICATION, YOU ACCEPT AND AGREE TO THIS NO-REFUND POLICY.

CanadianETA.ca operates under a strict NO-REFUND policy. Once you submit payment and begin the Canadian eTA application process, your payment is final and non-refundable under ALL circumstances, without exception. This refund policy applies to all applicants, all Canadian eTA applications, and all situations. If you do not agree with this refund policy, you must NOT proceed with your application.
ABSOLUTE NO REFUND - NO EXCEPTIONS
Your payment is FINAL and NON-REFUNDABLE for:
- ✕ANY REASON - including change of mind, personal circumstances, or travel plans changing
- ✕REJECTED APPLICATIONS - if your eTA is denied or rejected by Canadian Immigration
- ✕INELIGIBLE APPLICANTS - if you do not meet eTA eligibility requirements
- ✕INCOMPLETE OR INCORRECT INFORMATION - if you provide wrong or incomplete details
- ✕APPLICATION SUBMISSION - once your application has been submitted to Canadian Immigration
- ✕CANCELLATION REQUESTS - made at any time, whether before or after submission
- ✕SYSTEM ERRORS - including technical issues or service failures
- ✕ANY OTHER CIRCUMSTANCES - regardless of the reason or situation
There are NO exceptions to this policy. All payments are absolutely final.

FACT 4: All Decisions Are Final
All decisions regarding refunds, payments, and applications are final and cannot be appealed or reversed.
